A mix of projects I’ve worked on over the years—some complete, some still evolving, and others just playful experiments. Have a look!

Decision Chicken

The first attempt to actually publish something. This android app is based on a skit from danish sitcom “Langt fra Las Vegas”—where the boss of the company let’s his litte “Beslutningskylling” make all the big company decisions for him.

So if you suffer from decision fatigue—due to the heavy mental load in this day and age—perhaps it’s time to place your faith in the hands of this little chick.

DiggR

DiggR is a 2.5D digging simulator where you engineer modular excavation machines and dig downward through the earth, collecting minerals and fuel for your future missions. You will balance the costs and benefits of all the different resources.

This is next up on the development schedule.

Disclaimer: The author of this game does not, in any way, condone or promote the digging-up of fossil fuels of any kind. This game is pure fantasy. Any resemblance to actual transgressions agains our planet—legal or moral—is purely coincidental.

SimGarden

SimGarden is a cozy PC game about tending a medieval garden and growing crops.

With the perfect mix of manageable scope and my favorite genre, this one’s shaping up to be something special. I’m planning to launch it on Steam. Stay tuned!

ElectriCar ShortCircuit v0.1.2.02

ElectriCar™

A casual mobile racing game where you collect batteries to stay charged, while you constantly accelerate. Goal is to achieve the highest speed before crashing.

It originally started as a side project. However I shelved it due to the tediousness of level design.

I’ve recently re-scoped it with simpler levels, and I’m planning on launching it on Google Play.

RoboCrusoe

An old game idea for a clicker game from 2003, revived after rediscovering the original dialogue script while cleaning up old folders. I found the story amusing, being written by teenage me—so I built it as a browser game using JavaScript. Probably not the best tool, but it works! And it provided me with some JS exercise.

You can play it. It’s short, and quirky. Give it a try if you’ve got ten minutes to spare!

Fishtank Simulator

A simulation game where you balance a fish tank’s ecosystem. Inspired by a brainstorm with my daughter, trying to find the simplest managing game we could think of. It started out small in scope, but then I spiraled in to some advanced biology and physics algorithms (turns out fish tanks are pretty complex!).

I’d love to revisit this someday, but for now, it exists as a simple prototype. It’s available here, but it’s no fun yet 😛

Galactic Gundown

My first foray into game development back in 2016—a VR shooter for the Samsung Gear VR. I made some solid progress, and it actually reached the state of a solid vertical slice. But I could not keep up with SDK updates in the fast changing world of early VR development, so I never got to release it to anyone.

It might never see the light of day, but it got me started on this amazing journey!
